How many times have you missed one letter, but did not misspell the word? Sure, it was the wrong word, but it was spelled correctly.
If you’re anything like me, your fingers move slower than your brain. In those few seconds the finger slips and oops, there goes a vital keystroke turning your manager into a manger.
The danger using just spellcheck is most will not mark these errors. Some custom or more professional version, maybe…maybe not. Which means you need to read slowly – don’t let your mind override your eyes and fill in blanks and common spellings.
There are no short cuts when working your manuscript or any written piece. Use the tools available wisely or watch your brand become bran.
