Creativity – Exercising:

Most will tell you to just do it. Keep at it and it’ll become routine. Me? Nope. It’s not that simple or easy. I don’t like anything about exercising except I will admit to the feel afterwards. However, not enough to find exercising a habit or something I will push myself to doing.
So, how do I get it done?
I find something that fits with my thought process. I enjoy yoga on the WiiFit. I enjoy the ten minute walk on the program as well. It’s easy to see then the creativeness comes from the WiiFit creators. It works for me. But, I like yoga because of its control mentalness. It falls to mediation for me.
Why do the walk then?
Because I can still watch silly TV and move. Same with my glider and bike.
Tai Chi is for the flow. The connecting with myself. Plus, it’s here at these times I end up thinking creative ideas. J
