So, if it’s not the editor in my head causing me problems, it’s the plotting of the story that’s sending me on detours.
I should, and will, stick to pantsing. At least the story got told.
I have pages and pages of notes. Ideas and points all over those pages. Starts and restarts on how to start the story…on the direction of the story.
Enough to justify the headaches my writing has given me. Enough to keep me away and feel guilty for not writing.
I’m a pantser through and through. I’ll let the plot speak during the edits.
Time to go listen to the story.
