Sounds like a dumb question, but how do you draw, sketch anything? First it’s knowing where on the page to start. Where or what part of the subject matter do you start drawing first?
I don’t know how many times I’ve started drawing something only to end up squeezing in bits due to bad page management. Kind of like that long sentence.
It can drive me insane trying to figure out how to start. Even what to draw. Why at age fifty-three am I sketching a toy horse figurine?
Really – why??
Still trying to think of an answer besides – I like it.
That’s answer enough. I’ll figure out the rest as I go along…like letting my eye guide my pencil, forget what that technique was called.
