Editor = ripper of your manuscript, shredding it completely, pulling seams apart and cutting and adding and generally asking WTH???!!!! Telling you, no, no, no, OH HADES NO. All the while writing these little notes with your tears and blood. Expecting you to pull it all back together and send it back for more.
